There's a new craze sweeping across the country - the mysterious DJ Pardoman and his 'Purple' club. Everyone wants to be a part of it - nobody wants to be left out. But when a competition is launched to find the real DJ Pardoman, Dinah and her friends become suspicious. Could the DJ be their old enemy, the Demon Headmaster, in disguise?
A fast-moving story with a series of surprising twists, and all the excitement Demon Headmaster fans expect.
The S.P.L.A.T team are back again in their sixth adventure against the 'Demon Headmaster'. And this time he is strangely linked to the new club in the UK, 'Purple'! Initially the best hang out, albeit with strange followers, Purple creates a buzz no one can ignore and so the S.P.L.A.T team go to investigate. Their suspicions arise during a hunt for the true identity of the clubs famous DJ Pardoman and the search leads Dinah to someone she never expected to find, or has it? Culminating in a face-off (literally) with the Headmaster the team are tested to their limits and Dinah must be saved.
A fun adventure which would probably hold more mystery to a child that it did to me, 'Facing the Demon Headmaster' is the final book the series which I found slightly predictable. For children in Year 4 up.
It was so great reading the Demon Headmaster again. I used to watch it as a kid on tele. He's still creepy as ever. Dinah thinks she's found someone from her past. A new DJ is causing havoc through the country. Can SPLAT solve the mystery before someone is hurt? A brilliant read.
This is ok, but not the most exciting book as the previous books.
As he takes on a DJ scene, and tricks Dinah into thinking that her real father is still alive or not, I will leave to read to find out. Its a good read but I suggest read the others as well.
