Fascinating to my husband and to me; useful for items that don't come with a nutrition breakdown (such as an apple!). We have referred to it often. If you actively dine out, you'll want a fresh copy whenever they come out in print. Quite portable. Perhaps more than one copy (home, vehicle).
If you know the number of carbohydrates a woman or man of your size should consume at a meal or per day, it is quite easy to maintain blood sugar—which is important to everyone for steady energy and metabolism, not just diabetics.
