From what I understand, each reading is an excerpt from either a sermon delivered or article written by Billy Graham. The overarching theme of the book is the Lord Jesus. I cannot experience externally what I don't have internally. How is my relationship with the Lord of the Universe? Do I have one with Him? Each day, life in general, comes down to a relationship with Jesus. It truly is all about Him. When I come into fellowship with the Lord who saves, life does become more abundant. His purpose becomes my purpose, what He wants I want, and this earth will truly be seen as a temporary journey. Jesus has what we want...why do we continue to resist him? Read this book for a refresher to return us to the correct path we may have strayed from.

I picked this book because I enjoy this type of read, but most important I love Billy Graham and all that he stands for. Truly an amazing man with much wisdom and great spiritual advise. In the pages of this book, he speaks of many concerns in the the world today such war, fear and marital issues, and so much more. Billy Graham willingly and openly pours out his faith and how it has shaped his life in the pages of this book and his love for God is ever present. I am glad I read this book, and I think most others would enjoy it too. I think the message of hope and unwavering faith in this book would comfort, reassure and encourage believers everywhere - I know that it did and does me. Hope you enjoy as much as I did.

Billy Graham, the most renowned evangelist in the world who has preached to more people on earth then any other man in history would say, "Loneliness is one of the greatest problems people face. If you're a Christian - or at least don't take offense to Jesus - and want a quick daily spiritual reader, I highly recommend Breakfast with Billy Graham. Although I've read and reread it over the years, Breakfast with Billy Graham remains a dear, fresh source of inspiration.
