OK, so I heard this author on Coast to Coast, got his other book Psychic Warrior and had to hear more. Heard some of the CDs but got the "complete kit" and really enjoyed how it covered a larger variety of concepts than simply the remote viewing. Even as a skeptic at first, I learned some great "focus" skills. Boils down to this in my studies of the esoteric and metaphysical. In things like this, it is as much as disproving as proving. Consider the theories of "dark energy" (and no, not referring to my ex).

Here's a good discussion on remote viewing: https://skepdic.com/remotevw.html
