Behold the Smithson Place. No one really remembered it getting that name but everyone that passed it by knew that it was so. To John Masefield it was the dream property that would fulfil his lifelong dream. To the rest of his family it was best described as an estate agents worst nightmare; aging and worn out it had been on the agency’s books for far too long and their current agent Michelle doubted it would come off the books any time soon. But John was drawn to the place and while he had yet to understand the reasons for his choice, he had a mission and that was to return this house to its former glory. During restoration it wouldn’t only be the house that was renewed, parts of his life namely his sex life were going to get a renewal too. What experiences would lie before him and his family no adult channel would ever be able to prepare them for. Three moved in to the house with their own desires, but the house provides more than enough desires of its own which it will play out on all that enter in. Come to the Smithson Place and taste for yourself the darker corners of pleasure, behold the doors are opening inviting you to take a step in side. The only rule is to let yourself go and you may see history in the making.

Ok I found this book a bit strange - I mean I'm all for strange but this one was very strange - it was good, I mean it had plenty of sex, with a bit of mystery, a side of thriller and a lot of freaky in it!!

If u like something "Different" and "Unusual" then you should defo read this book !! I'm still a little unsure and if I'm honest confused about the ending!! But over all I still enjoyed it! ;)

well this book was a first for me
have you ever had a dream that felt so real when you woke up you were disappointed that it was just a dream
well I can promise you the characters in this book were anything but disappointed
if it were possible to live in this house and have these experience then I for one would be 1st in line
this book is a little different to the books I normally read but as I was reading it I realised it has all I look for and then some again Cole never fails to deliver some truly gripping and inspiring sex scenes that will leave the reader a lil flushed and only hoping their dreams can live up to the experiences of those throughout the book!!

What a ghostly tale Cole has told. Brilliant and as always with a good twist at the end, this book kept me enthralled with its tale of lust and erotic adventures of one family and their adventures within a house. The cover looked scarier than the book, I was reluctant to buy it at first but am more than pleased that I did. Always love the way Cole tells his stories he has a way of story telling that doesn't leave your bored or saying to yourself 'I have read that in a lot of other books.' If you like reading Cole Browning then this book is a ghostly must.

Cole Browning delivers another amazing story. When you have hot sexy dreams and then mix in phantoms from the past you really don't want to wake up! This book will have your jaw dropping and scare the bejeeses out of all in the span of a few pages. Cole Browning writes in a way that draws you into the story so that you actually yell !!! DO NOT GO DOWN THERE! ! A fantastic read.
