I absolutely LOVE this book! I saw it on display in the library and rented it and loved it because it is very quick and easy reading and has real practical ideas for getting your entire family active. I don't like the books that go way far off in "wheat germ" land, that is never going to happen. I actually found a copy at the dollar store this week, I guess they had a batch where the binding was messed up on them, so I lucked out because I will read this one a lot and hopefully put it into practice!

A fast read, I found it more inspiring than instructional. Some good ideas on how to make health, exercise and good nutrition, a priority for the family rather than the individual.
