Not my most exciting read of the year. This was required reading for an HR grad class. It's a fairly dry, straightforward book. Don't spend your free timing reading this.

Pretty standard textbook fare.

I did like the overall model they used and how they they tied all the HR concepts back to it. This made it easier to remember.

David does a horrible job at conveying the information and distinguishing similar terms from each other.
