Very informative book that I check back with all the time and easy to read and understand. Almost feel like I'm reading a text book from school but in the way that I'm glad I learned from it!

I am pretty much a fan of any type of book I can reference to in order to find ways to maintain a healthy body and/or share remedies or advice in order to get well. This book is good for that and I was happy when my dad gave me his copy. It's a good handbook.

It's not the best medical reference book, but it is simple, and will give you a good head start for further research.
