The part of this book where it talks about blogs and social media is exciting. The use of technology and social media in general, has increased throughout the years, all over the world. Therefore, there is a strong demand for proper PR handling in the current digital business.

A decent textbook. Lots of pictures to hold your interest but the text can be kind of dry. I did not dread reading assignments from it, however.
