A good first book for someone wanting to design a smaller PV system. This book gives you the minimum amount of information, while still including all the basic concepts needed. This book will not prepare you for installing the system yourself, and if you are technically inclined, you might find that this book lacks the in depth explanations you may want. Overall, well written although somewhat dramatic. (many exclamation points throughout)
