Erotic Paranormal Ménage Romance, M/M/F, Werewolves, Shape-Shifters “What if your ménage fantasy became possible? Two gorgeous hunks, one dark and surly, the other blond and bright, lived to please and sexually fulfill you? What if you burned with passion like a cat in heat and only these two alpha males could satisfy you? What if you found out they were shape-shifters and so were you?” ~ Eliza ~
Mackenzie’s ménage fantasy comes to life when she’s snowbound with Sky Castle Lodge partners, Adam and Trent. One golden, one surly, the alpha males vie for her attention. For Kenzie, the strange sensations, the sexual need, and the awkwardness all make sense when she discovers she's a shape-shifter. Adam and Trent supported each other through their first metamorphosis, and agree to guide Kenzie safely through hers. But when they turn, Were males don’t share. Kenzie must choose between them, or they’ll fight to the death. Accepting that she is meant for both of them, they have one other option. Adam can submit sexually to Trent, becoming his submissive. Kenzie can help them through the sexual boundaries, but what will it do to the men’s friendship? Or the balance in their ménage relationship?

"After one wickedly dreary winter, I packed up the babies, the furniture, said good-bye to snowsuits and snow shovels, and moved my family to west central Florida where my husband and I continue to live today. We raised five children and several animals over the years, but now that our children are grown, I have time to write the stories running around in my head. Fortunately my husband is an avid supporter."

Hard pass. Some shifters book i like, some i don`t. This just..felt rushed and awkward. It just did not give as much a as i had hoped, i was not invested.
Thank you Netgalley and The Wild Rose Press, Inc for the book. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
This is just straight-up smut, which I should have expected it, but silly me, I didn't.
I have read some pretty good smut over the years. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
I find all three characters one dimensional. They are pretty boring as individual characters and as partners, and all the efforts to create tension and drama between them just fell flat. There was no excitement and truthfully, I don't really care for any of them.
Ok read. Lots of all kinds of sex. More sex then plot to me. It just seemed like something was missing, but I can’t put my finger on it. More plot, more background, more something. We needed more info on the guys and even the relationship between Celia and Mac. Oh well quick read with lots of sex.
Received an ARC from the publisher for an honest review.
The Lion, the Leopard, and the Wolf is the first book in E.L. March’s Enchanted Mountain series and one scorchingly hot shifter ménage. Great world building, an intriguing plot, and characters who melt your heart; this and so much more are found within this quick, fiery and enticing read. Bring on book two!
A good start to the Enchanted Mountain series, The Lion, the Leopard, and the Wolf, is a sexy paranormal romance. A novella length read this story has engaging characters and a good story line. I will be recommending and looking to read more.
#bookreview E.L. March . 🌺 . Oh my god this book gave my hormones an run for it 😅💕🤗 hot shifters with amazing bodies and doing stuff together that are ... *smutty*. ... Threesomes on a higher level I would say 😅☺️. The writing style is addictive and the book is very easy to read. Would I recommend it, yes I would, if you don’t mind smut on a high level and you are openminded on LQTB scenes. I loved it that the writer didn’t hold back on the scenes. Am I an dirty mind or reader 🤔 or maybe not... But I do appreciate my share of these kind of books 📚 😅 is it age, experience why I love it ? I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️ I always have been open minded and paranormal/shifters are an guilty pleasure 🤗🥳 . 🌺 . Blurb;
Macalister Cameron's fantasy comes to life when she's snowbound in Fantasy Lodge with two incredible men vying for her attention. "What if your romantic fantasy became possible? The Lion, the Leopard, and the Wolf is a very quick read, and that's about the best of it for me. I enjoy shifter romances, erotic or not, but they do require at least some world building, and this one is sorely lacking in that department. Then again, this one is mostly about the erotic, not the story, at least for me, so it doesn't leave a lot of room for world building. I'm not knocking erotic romances at all, in fact, I knew going in this one was not only erotica, but it was also a menage. The problem for me is when you don't connect with any of the characters, it's hard to become invested in their romance. There's a difference in being intimate and intimacy, and what this one boiled down to for me was sex without intimacy. Then, as if I didn't already have enough questions about this story, the author gives us a completely out of left field twist that could've been terrific with some context. That said, this book did have potential, and with some character and story development, along with some world building, it could've achieved that potential. As it stands, it's just erotica with very little context to base it on. This is the beginning of a series, but given my experience with this one, I don't think I'll be going any further.
This book is off the charts sizzling hot (sometimes literally) and had just enough weird quirkiness to keep me completely interested in the story, too!
Mackenzie is coming out of a relationship where her self-esteem took a hit. In an effort to get her friend to loosen up and try new things, she gets gifted a trip to a "no rules" free love type resort on a ski slope. She's also got baggage around skiing and finds herself getting clumsier by the second due to some weird dizziness, but she packs up a suitcase and heads out. Upon arrival, though, she ends up hurting herself. The owners, a pair of partners (Adam and Trent) offer to take care of her in all the sexiest ways.
There are lots of sexy times, lots of hints at a shared relationship, and then *bam* shifters are involved. And then a mythical being. And... I'm stunned but yet not hating any of this. If you want a super sexy read that will light your kindle on fire - check this one out. It's weird, unique, and guaranteed to be an unexpected ride.
Thanks to the publisher for an copy to read and give my honest opinion.
Novella length book about an erotic scene happening at a snow lodge. LGBTQ was a surprise since this was supposed to be about two alpha males.
What did I like? Novella length never gets a high rating from me because the story is not fleshed out enough. I prefer novella length as part of a series not as a stand alone. The story started out good as Mac meets Trent and Aaron but too much is left out to truly enjoy.
Would I buy this book? No, this is a reprint of an older published work and I’m curious as to why it’s even being thrown out there. I would not buy nor recommend.
Thoughts for the author? Restructure and rewrite....what happened to the doctor anyways.
Needing a change of pace and at the urging of her aunt/best friend, Macalister "Mac" Cameron takes a vacation to an erotic ski lodge. After arriving and twisting her ankle on carpet, she meets the lodge's two owners Aaron and Trent. This is a novella length read heavy on the erotica with a little romance thrown into the mix!
I enjoyed the book, I just wish there would have been a little more to the story line. I would have liked to find out more in-depth information about all of the characters, their history and what happens next.
This book was given to me an an ARC from the publisher through NetGalley in an exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated in any way.
When I requested this book I figured it was erotica but this is nothing but sex. There is no story behind it. It is like a modern day cheap porn. No story just get to the sex and in this case with it being three of them there is a lot of sex. M/F sex and M/M sex and of course M/M/F sex.
If you are looking for a quick read with not much more than sex this is the one for you.
Disclaimer: I received a complimentary copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
A young woman receives a present from her young aunt - a week at a ski resort - one of the special kind, where not only skiing is a very special time. She falls hard for the two owners, who are shifters... A nice story, with fun sexy scenes alone and in menage. The story itself has a few minor surprises, is enjoyable to read. A nice balance between story and sexual activities. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Wow, this was a short read! I liked the characters and the sexy-time scenes were very steamy. I really wished the story was longer. I would have believed the chemistry more if there was more depth to their "relationship" other than getting it on with strangers ;)
But, they do say the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else! I'm looking forward to reading more from the author!
***I voluntarily read a copy of the book provided by the publisher via Net Galley***
Quick erotic read. Many adult themes so read a few of the reviews to check it's your thing! I liked Auntie Celia perhaps the writer will do her story sometime. Two heros lighthearted Aaron and dark and brooding Trent. I didn't realise it was a shape shifter story but then the clue was in the title! I wondered what happened to the doctor, perhaps he'll turn up in a sequel!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Mac needs a vacation after what she has been through with her ex. She ends up at a ski resort where more than just skiing is on the menu. Sparks fly between her, Adam and Trent, who are two sexy shifters. This is a fast-paced read with loads of drama and steam. The story is entertaining and the chemistry hot, I look forward to more. I really liked it.
This is a short story about 3 people stuck in a lodge. For the most part, it’s pretty much sex, sex, and more sex. If you don’t mind stories like that then this one will work for you. **I voluntarily read and reviewed this book
This is really quite a short novella that goes quickly through the action. Our heroine, Mac, is looking to get over her ex-boyfriend and the weekend break that her aunt books her on seems to be the ideal way to do it. There's wall to wall sexy men and they seem to be very attentive. It soon becomes clear that best friends and owners of the lodge are both interested in her. Overall I liked the idea of the story and for the most part, it worked. Where it fell down for me was that being so short it seemed very rushed. I was actually left with far more questions at the end of the book than I had to begin with. There was very little world-building too, which left me a bit confused. Especially as they were not only shifters, but apparent were shifters. Really the book needed some background worked into the story to explain all of that. The ending felt rushed to me with the sudden and rather random appearance of another shifter character leaving me wondering what I'd just read. It wasn't that this was a bad story, just that it could have been much better with a little bit more adding to it. It's a bit of a shame really. I received a complimentary copy of this book through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
Quite enjoyed the premise for this book although the writing wasn't as good as it could have been. Ideas/facts weren't explained very well and left me feeling like there was a lot that could have been fleshed out. The m/m part of the relationship was unexpected and a little forced but still a good idea for how to resolve the situation. I had read about the unicorn in another review and I have to agree WTF? This is the only point in the story where it got silly but what a doozy. Everything is chugging along nicely and reasonably believeably, with an approach that was quite fresh given the number of shapeshifter stories out there when BAM! here's a unicorn - no thanks. Nevermind!
I enjoyed this book for the most part. It wasn't very long, and the characters had a lot of chemistry. The sex between them was hot, but for me it lacked a little bit of intimacy until the very end.
I think the one and only part of the book that really made me cringe was the addition of a unicorn. Fantasy is one thing, but I think the author pushed the boundary in this case. It just didn't fit with the rest of the story.
I liked it enough to come back to read another by this author, and I would encourage anyone who liked MMF and shifters to read it either way.
Overall this book was good. I liked the relationship developing between the characters. I had a problem with the resolution to their dilemma. It seemed rushed. It took place way too fast and didn't feel like it meshed with the promise of the story. It left too many question unanswered. I can only hope that was because there will be a following story. It was a good menage story, but chemistry didn't feel right at the end.
The first book in the Enchanted Mountain series. Three people Aaron, Macalister, and Trent's story. Mac does not realize that she is a Leopard, I enjoyed reading their story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
