This is an excellent and insightful guide to the wonderful world of coaching, relevant for those new to coaching and to those who want to deepen their existing knowledge. It introduces the MAGIC Methodology, which gives us a hugely useful framework for effective coaching, which is more holistic and less focused purely in achieving goals than most coaching models.
I thoroughly recommend this to all aspiring and existing coaches.

I had hoped for more. More depth, perhaps.

Where is the content on the "silence"? The secret ingredient in a coaching session.
