Obsessed!!!!!!! That’s the only word I can think of to describe how I feel about this first book and what this series has in store!!!! There is NO WAY that this is E. Bowser’s first Urban story! You will never convince me of it because this is EASILY on track to being one of the best series I’ve read!!! You would think a Michelin star chef was in the kitchen and sprinkled just the right amount of BDE, kink, drama, suspense and crazy to make the most perfectly blended recipe of perfection for this series!!
Tali and Dea are sisters that had one single goal in life and that was to get the hell out of Union City! After meeting two “brothers” Henny and Oz, they knew they had to leave ASAP!! You ever had dîck so good it ran you out of town?! Just know that after this I’m on the hunt for it 🤣🤭! Fast forward 6 years later, Dea and Tali are back and let’s just say, Henny and Oz are making sure that there won’t be any more running from the dîck in or out of the bedroom!
Henny and Oz make up U.C.K along with Faxx and Link and let’s just say these men are about their business! These are college educated genius’s like went to college at 16 smart and they have allowed their knowledge to fuel the building of several empires and businesses that are successful like nothing you’ve ever seen. These are 4 of the smartest yet craziest men you will ever meet and no one is spared if they attempt to come up against this crew!

I read in a review that Ms. Ebony normally writes paranormal romance and that this is her first urban romance book. When I say she knocked it out of the ballpark. Man sis put her foot in it when she created this. Soo good she got me skipping on my way to slap my mama. With that being said, this book ain’t for the faint of heart. Please check the trigger warnings⚠️, cause they cum deep and hard in this book. If you have any type of cardiovascular problems, this may not be the book for you.

The sisters leave as planned but have to return when their mother falls ill. Dea has kept in contact with Oz over the six years she’s been gone but as a friend. When the two sisters return they fall right back into the things and people they were running from. Cent appears a little later on as a very funny and trustworthy coworker and friend to the two sisters. This has become one of my favorite reads for 2023 and I can’t wait to get into book 2.

This was wow. I love that all the male characters are successful and well educated while they still have a hood/ slightly unhinged side to them. This book is not for the faint at heart but baby if you like BDE, assorted crime, extreme kink, and plot twists this is the book for you. Each couple’s story was entertaining and never once did I feel bored reading this. Henny, Oz, and Faxx all have something off about them but how they move about the people they care about just does it for me. Crescent is hilarious and I loved her. Dea and Tali can’t avoid being drawn to Oz and Henny they had that instant attraction. I have so many questions and I know book 2 gonna be 🔥🔥🔥.

4.5 ⭐️ Gotham 🌃 city
The way this city was described, it gave me Gotham city vibes 😂, just the darkness, the grit of Union city instantly connected with Gotham to me! The ENERGYYYYYYY that came off in this book was UNPARALLELED!!!!! This jawn made me wanna scream, shout, jump!!!! There is SO MUCH TO SAYYYYYYYY!!! One thing being these are people you WANT on your team PERIODDDDTTTTT!
Ayeee man, I understand why the girls felt the way they felt !! Hendrix “Henny” Pharma CAN GET IT!!! This man got the people hot and bothered on numerous occasions! I want to know how E. Bowser formed such a perfect specimen!!!!! I loved Tali Saunders & the relationship that immediately got real with dr. Sexy 🤣! I’m team Henny all day!!! I can’t wait to get more of them & see how or if their relationship blossoms into something more!
We are not just going to skip over how Lennox “Oz” Anderson was that dude, okay!? Lennox & Shandea were a vibeeeeee!! Definitely my second fave of this book! The only thing I couldn’t stand about Shandea, when everything started to come out, the way girl couldn’t put two and two together 😫😩🤦🏾♀️! Lennox had 2 big ass bodyguards around him at all times, & ya’ll grew up in Gotham City, I get being surprised but let’s not be naive now! Like when he said “his time ran out,” she talking about “what did Lennox mean?” Girllllllll, wtf did you think he meant 😒😂! I hated the ending for her, my goodness!!!!
Faxx & Crescent Johnson are gonna be an explosive couple, if they make it that far, cause crazy on crazy, bayybeeeeeh!? I hope I read more in book 2 about them! As well, I can’t wait to see how they tune Ja & Xavier’s grimy asses up!!! Xavier was definitely the jealous brother & I hated what he did! & I’m glad Katrice and Yasmin got them hands!!! However, both them hoes probably need to be deaded IMMEDIATELY! I also want to know what Rodney’s end game is!!! I’m sure I missed somethings, this was a lot to unpack 😫🤦🏾♀️! Bring on book 2!!!

Hmm can I get a train ready ? READ THE TRIGGER WARNINGS because I ignored it and was thrown off guard by the first four chapters anyways ... Hendrix, Lennox (Oz), Faxx, Link, and Sanchez all can get it.
Ms. Bowser piqued my interest in the kinks described and warned about in the story. These men are insane and unhinged, I don't think ill look at the word "Clinic" the same but who wouldn't wanna read BDE, money-making, smart men? It has a lot of snakes, but I'm genuinely curious about Ja's ultimate goal. Will Tali and Dea be able to handle this way of life? Idk so let me read book 2.

Wow, If you are looking for a love story with a little spice this ain't it. Do not pass go or even attempt to collect the $200.
Chilllle ion even know what I read. I mean the kink was kinkin 🔥🥵🌶️. I have said anytime any place in reviews before, but I was wrong....that statement needed to be reserved for this book. The way these folks was cutting up with an audience was beyond me.
This story is about the U.C.K Union City Kings as they evolve into big bosses across the city. All of them are into some freak ish, but they are also very much about their business...legal and illegal. The story centers around 2 sisters Dea and Tali, who manage to have captured the hearts of two bosses of the U.C.K.
Oz was head over heels for Dae and was biding his time for her to be ready to accept him. All while he grew his.....businesses. Oz was sexier than all get out, but was crazy AF too🥴. Dae was truly special to him, because while he exposed her to a little bit of kink he shielded her from most of it. Baby they were explosive 🧨 when he finally claimed her.
Henny and Tali were almost the opposite because Henny hemmed her up immediately. He had her wide open and ready to experience new ish. He had her shook. So he too gave her time to grow, but he was for sure locking her down now that she was back and much older. He was starting to show her what more looks like and I can't wait to see them grow.
There was soooo much drama throughout the book lawd. Betrayal, fakes, haters, heauxs you name it. I mean just buckle up and make sure you read the trigger warning because all of that was present and it's a ride for sure. The ending will have you running to the next book.

I like em crazy
This was a page turner, from start to finish cause I was definitely looking for more pages at the end. I haven’t read to man books with multiple couples and multiple povs, especially not one’s done well, but I absolutely love it when it is and Bowser nailed it. As much as I love Henny and Lennox I have a strong feeling Faxx is going to own my heart. There is nothing like a organized crime romance where bodies are being dropped and crimes is being done those stories reign supreme in this trope and this one os top tier, don’t give me a boss who ain’t out here making moves and the U.C.K. gave it to me in spades. Then Bower topped off this beautiful black urban romance with decadent smex and elite peen! And let’s not forget this man and this cover. This story has a lot going on but the writing style makes it easy to follow and keeps the reader in the know. I’m sick that it ended. Why would she do me like this?? Reading synopsis is something I can’t do but figuring out if a book is a standalone is my new mission cause that cliffhanger is to much. TW are listed at the beginning of the book but honestly the general idea is this is a gang of highly intelligent, fine black men doing a whole lotta gang shit so buckle up and enjoy the ride.

If you’re looking for a contemporary romance story - THIS AIN’T THAT. What an interesting group of intelligent, unhinged young men is all I can say. The storyline was a little “busy” for me AT FIRST but towards the end pieces of the puzzle started fitting together. It ended with a CRAZY cliffhanger. This was a page turner for sure.

In the words of Beyoncé, “ you know you that one when you cause all this conversation.” I’ve seen The Product of the Street in just about every Facebook, IG and other groups I’m in and boy does everyone have an opinion 🤭. Well let me share, this book has everything. Yes there is s@x, but she has developed characters and intricate plots dealing with jealousy, deep betrayal, and suspense. I turned the pages so fast because I was anxious to see what would happen next. The main characters, they are umm 🤔 well look at the trigger warnings, she hit the warnings perfectly. And she didn’t give us the trigger warning for nothing!…Just go read it and thank me latter.

This book has definitely been making the rounds on the fb book clubs so I had to read it. This book had me up late trying to finish it, and now I’m ready to dive into book two. It’s Fast paced with a lot of characters. The story is told from everyone perspective but you till feel the suspense.
Idk how “Dea” runs in to bad due after bad dudes !!! And the craziest ones happen to be twins lol

This book was ok. It didn't hook me tbh. I liked the characters. The men were absolutely unhinged but I was with it. It was the story that was the issue. I don't know but it felt too wordy. It was boring me and at some point I just started skimming through. Also there were grammatical error issues all through the book. Periods being used when commas should've been there or neither was a big problem. I also couldn't stand the word core being used in reference for a vagina. There is absolutely nothing sexy about saying, "My core clenched" or "He put his hand in her core". I don't know if she was trying to do something different there but it didn't work for me at all. This book didn't hold my interest unfortunately but it might somebody else.

This book was EVERYTHING!!! I am HOOKED!!! Read it NOW!!! From the very first chapter to the end I was locked in. Didn't even go to sleep that night n I had work the next day. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Definitely a new E Bowser fan honey

This was my second time trying to read this. There are way too many characters and each character has one or more names they go by, which makes it very confusing and overwhelming. The plot is extremely underwhelming. I have no idea where this story is going

So I started this book in April (I think) and stopped when I read it ended in a cliffhanger and book 2 was coming out in July. I’m glad and mad I did that. Lol. Glad because I would have wanted book 2 immediately…mad cause I wish I finished in April cause it was SO GOOD!!! OMG this book was wild and toxic and I loved every page of it. I CANNOT believe this is the author’s first urban book. She NAILED it and I can’t wait to see where the rest of the series take us.

The ACTION in this book was top tier!!!! I felt like I was watching a movie! I love Henny, Talia, Oz, Dea, cresent and Faxx! The men are serious about their business. It’s a lot of snakes in their circle but I’m sure they will be in the clinic soon 🤣🤣🤣 I’m still laughing at the belt scene 😩😩😩 I loved everything about this book!

This book had me clutching my imaginary pearls!! I tried to wait til part 4 but they made me read it and now I’m hurrying to start part 2! This book was everything plus more!! This book did not disappoint! Now on to part 2!!

Update!!!! I had to come back and change this to a 4.5/5 stars because the way book 2 is going!!!!!! Book 1 is child’s play! We’ll talk about it.
I’m stressed!!!!! But in the BEST way possible. I’m seriously at a lost for words! I’m feeling so many emotions all at once. What is happening 😂? You know a book is A1 when you rock with all the characters even the “villains”. Not in a “omg I love this for them” kind of way, but in a way that levels up the book so much you appreciate the role they were given. I hope that makes since y’all. I don’t normally enjoy books where there are more than 2 POVs but in this case it was necessary! We needed to see it from EVERYBODY’s POV. When I am reading I can of course visualize what’s happening but THIS was a movie and I’m headed to start book 2 right now because I need to see what happens next.

What a book!
To say this is E. Bowsers very first urban book my girl did not miss the mark. This book checked all points but is not for the faint at heart. Please read the Trigger Warning in the beginning of the book before proceeding. This book is for ADULTS & should not be read by children.
What I loved about this book is that the main characters are legitimate black men and women who made a conscious decision to be different. My favorite character is Oz(my husband)😜 but they all U.C.K have a special place in my heart.
I am looking forward to hearing more from Faxx, Link, and yes Sanchez! Oh and did I mention the author ain’t ish for the cliffhanger? I loved every part of this book! EVERY SINGLE PART

The story was going at a steady pace with them 🌶️ 🔥scenes until Club Myth got shot up & then from there it was on!

So I was highly influenced to read this book . The first page literally draws you in instantly. The first chapter was very chaotic and so entertaining in a great way. Then somewhere along the line the story became a little choppy like the major gaps of time and some things weren’t consistent. I did enjoy the characters a lot and the banter between them. It was just the story line that I was questioning like what is really going on here?!? Maybe it was just me. I don’t know. This was a new to me author and I did like a lot of things about this book and will continue on to book 2 as book 1 did end on a cliffhanger and I am interested to see what happens next.

Ouch! I think this book burned my finger it’s so hot! Just when I think Ebony Bowser was killing the paranormal game, she ventures out into black erotica and set the books pages on fire! The heat and chemistry between the characters is palpable. These men didn’t come to play no games, at least not the PG kind. If you want an erotic ride and don’t mind getting tangled up in the pages, then this is the book for you. Sit back and enjoy being a voyeur!

When I say this is a MUST READ BOOK believe it!! The characters and storyline will have you hooked from the very first page to the last. And the men will definitely have you choosing a new book bae. The story flow so good and the drama never stops. I will be stalking Ebony until I can get an update on when the next installment comes out. Great Book that's worth more than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I couldn’t put it down!
When I tell you I was glued to this book and flew through it in a matter of hours while working lol! I love all the individual stories in one book. You are never bored with it at all. It’s drama filled, it was sexy, it had humor because the banter is top tier ! Can’t talk too much cuz I gotta start the next one !

This story from start to finish is absolutely electrifying and intense. I loved it! By the time I got to page 230, I thought Tali please don’t let Henny do that to you with all those ppl looking. So many intense parts in this story. This was wild. Ready for part 2.
