The book had some good information on it. It broke down ways that policy can be created and put into practice that was easy to understand. However, some of the references to technology was outdated (Myspace? Yahoo Email?). Also, some of the suggestions for how to communicate with the community seemed rather amateur-ish. But at the same time it does give one a jumping off point.
