Old school SF from a minor French writer. This book was mostly written back in 1973, but only published in 2002 by Rivière Blanche, a publisher specializing in pulp SF.

After the destruction of all life on Earth due to the nuclear holocaust, the survivors of humanity live underground, in shelters where scientists and technicians are submitted to the authority of a caste of warriors. Kerebron, a world-spanning computer hellbent on the final eradication of mankind, is hunting the hidden communities
