A lot of the recipes in here are pretty self-evident - lettuce wraps with tuna salad for example. But there are simple instructions for things that I am excited to try like homemade egg noodles, cinnamon crisps, and refried beans. This really helps me plan menus and make recipes that won't fill our fridge with leftovers.

Love this book! Great recipes, easy to use wirebound format and beautifully designed. (Shame GR doesn't show the cover) This is my favorite kind of cookbook, the kind that makes you want to trot into the kitchen and whip up some fun, yummy meals.
