About the author

Régis Loisel is a cartoonist living in Montreal, Canada. Since the 1970s Loisel has become one of the most decorated French comic artists, especially in the fantasy genre. Loisel has won several awards at the Angoulême International Comics Festival, including the lauded Grand Prix in 2002.

Currently available on Kindle Unlimited, this is a collection of erotica produced by a husband and wife team. She wrote the short stories that he illustrated with stand-alone illustrations and short comic strips. The writing is exquisite and the artwork superb. Although this is sophisticated, poetic erotica, celebrating sensuality, pleasure, and agency for both sexes and all inclinations, it is breathtakingly explicit. Surprisingly so, as this book is usually displayed amongst more run of the mill graphic novels in French bookstores - a much more permissive culture for sure.

Trois histoires aux formats très différents et aux images très explicites.

Centaure, sous-bois ou Venise, Loisel partage ses brûlants fantasmes avec les textes non moins torrides de Rose Le Guirec.

Un beau livre d’images tout en courbes et en rondeurs qui m’a laissé malgré tout le sentiment d’un projet rapiécé et inabouti
