Same series, different story, different author. I actually quite like the words, they have rhythm and rhyme and offer enough repetition to ease in reading without becoming tedious. And while the pictures are still cheesy, they do go along with the text very well.

This is a leveled reading book that was actually ok to read. My daughter enjoyed looking at all the shoes and picked out her favorite pairs.

I thought this book was better than most in this series. I liked how it was easy to read because of the rhyming pages.
