I am addicted to this! It takes all kinds of time to work though the exercises but well worth the dedication. I would have never thought this was of communicating would bring me such peace and joy. It all started by reading When The Past Is Present, a book that has changed my way of thinking in every relationship I have and have lost. Back to work on my next poem...about my childhood and a fried chicken dinner.

I love everything David Richo writes! His poetry class through Adult Ed in SB has helped open me to beginnings of songwriting. His class exposed me to some wonderful historical poets and helped me understand the music of reading and understanding poetry.
