Volume II focuses on individuals' rights and responsibilities and is appropriate for the second semester in the two-semester course sequence in Constitutional Law, commonly called Civil Rights and Liberties.

I think the reason I like these particular books (Volume ! and II) is because they focus on cases and don't add too much commentary. That makes the reader think for himself/herself and increases the amount of learning.
