Nice sourcebook for the Robotech genre. Great art and a good layout. Recommended

This is a great little refresh for the "Southern Cross" era of the Robotech timeline, with a lot of great updates and new information. They've restored some of the original source material that may have previously been misinterpreted by Palladium Books and there's a slew of new, though not necessarily better artwork. I'll always be a fan of Kevin Long's and Wayne Breaux's line drawings.

I'm a little saddened by the removal of the Eastern Bloc Soviet Independent State and the rest of the world information, it makes the world seem that much smaller - this book totally focuses on the Masters vs the Southern Cross. Not a bad thing - just smaller.

Overall, I still love the "Southern Cross" era.
