An excellent devotional. I recommend reading it as such, don't power through it quickly. Rosenius tackles the difficult subject of assurance of salvation well. He rightly separates law and gospel when expositing Scripture. I learned a good deal from his writing.

An annual read for me because it is so good. Really brings my perspective back to what really matters and reminds me of God's grace towards me.
