We picked this book up for free while attending the Festival of Tales event at Paradise Valley Community College. This event was so great! If you're in the Phoenix area, you should look for it next year!

This is a very simple book teaching kids about opposites. My daughter really liked the illustrations of the dinosaurs. Each page has just one word. It's not really a bedtime book, it is more of a teaching book to use during the day. Some of the opposites were harder to show in pictures, such as f

Both my husband and I independently found this odd, as not all the pairs make sense to us as opposites. Maybe we're over-thinking it (that would be a good title for my collective reviews of my baby's books, now that I think about it).

Same author and similar art to Dinosaur Roar, but just not as good.

Mira wasn't impressed. There wasn't enough content. Very basic.

Although there isn't much a story to it I liked this book, because by the end it teaches that no matter if you big or small, weak or strong everyone is welcome.

Dinosaur opposites explains it well. It is an easy read for young children beginning to read and learn opposites. A great book to include on a dinosaur study or just to pick up for little ones that really just enjoy dinos. Baby Girl loves that she can read this book and really enjoys it even though she had no in treat in dinosaurs to begin with. Thinking about checking out on of the others in the series; dinosaur shapes, colors and numbers.
