ROSALIND NOONAN grew up in suburban Maryland and enjoyed being part of a large family. "With my four siblings, Saturday mornings were a blast," she says. "There was festival seating on the living room floor as we devoured cartoons and passed the Sugar Pops."

She caught the writing bug in second grade when she won first place in a poetry contest. "The prize was twenty dollars," she recalls. "That was big bucks for a second grader. I thought I was going to Disneyland." Wooed by the taste of fame and fortune, she kept writing.

After attending Wagner College in Staten Island, she remained in New York City where she worked as an editor for various book publishers. Noonan currently lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, a retired cop from the NYPD, and two children. Although she sometimes misses the rapid pulse of New York, she enjoys writing in the shade of towering two-hundred year old Douglas fir trees.

A cute and short novel about teen girls and their problems. If you are looking for a short, sweet read, this series is pretty good!

The Turning Seventeen series follows 4 best friends Kerri, Jessica, Maya, and Erin as they deal with all the fun, adventures, difficulties, and dramas of their senior year.
Book 9 is told from Kerri and Jessica's perspectives, going back and forth between them.
It is senior trip time and Kerri is still reeling from encounters with her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend turned stalker and out to get her. While on the senior trip she decides to forge her moms signature in order to enter a modeling competition. She starts to unravel as she tries to juggle her relationship, modeling, and her fear of Donna coming back to get her.
Meanwhile Jessica is out to prove she is not a boring, straight A, goody two-shoes. She is trying to enjoy her senior trip, but when her ex Alex suddenly starts talking to her again, she has try and figure out what she wants.
