While spending a week in Chicago on their senior class trip, Kerri learns some surprising things about Matt's relationship to her stalker, and Jessica finds out that her sister has dropped out of college and fears she may be on drugs.
A suspenseful and decent ending to the turning seventeen series. Cute little series of high school teen girl drama and relationships. It finished open endedlu despite there being no more books on the series, so I kind of wish that if this was going to be the last one, we had maybe gotten a bit more closure and perspective from all 4 girls, it still a cute book in a cute series.
The Turning Seventeen series follows 4 best friends Kerri, Jessica, Maya, and Erin as they deal with all the fun, adventures, difficulties, and dramas of their senior year. Book 10 is told from Kerri and Jessica's perspectives, going back and forth between them and picks up after the cliffhanger from book 9. Kerri and Jessica are still on their senior trip. Kerri is trying to make something happen with her modeling ambition. But while trying to do that, she also has to deal with her boyfriend Matt's ex turned stalker that filled them here claiming Matt has secrets? Jessica has her own problems dealing with her ex boyfriend Alex. They'd rekindled their friendship on the trip, and now possibly more than that too? But more importantly on her mind was her sister Lisa who Jess had bumped into while shopping. Her sister has apparently dropped out of school and does not seem to be well. Jess decides to risk punishment to try and find answers about her sister.
