One of my all-time favorite childhood books... Yet another testament of the greatness of our loyal four-legged companions - this collection of (very) short stories of famous feats performed by otherwise ordinary dogs is ideal for the pup-loving youngster (large-print, readable for most first- or second-graders). I used to check out the book from my elementary school library so often that my parents thought it time to purchase a copy of our own.
