Excellent compilation
This is, quite simply, a source book. Names, titles and cartouches of the various Egyptian rulers in chronological order. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who wants a riveting book to pass a sleepless night, but I certainly would for someone who wants specific information set forth in a comprehensive and orderly fashion.
(Knowing these cartouches, by the way, is useful if someone tends to be a show-off. It enables the person to say, "Interesting... This is definitely a Thutmoside statue, but look here: Ramesses II's name is carved on it. Interesting...")
