This was my first read from The Big Girls series. I throughly enjoyed every story. In today's society, women of larger sizes are shunned upon. Ppl think that because a person's waistline is bigger that it equates to them not being able to be loved or shown affection. Simply.not.the.case! Each of these heroines were loved and nurtured by their partners. Encouraged to be who they are and to embrace the skin that their in. I appreciate the fact that these authors decided to create and mold characters that would've been taboo twenty or even thirty years ago. It's not always about what's on the outside, but the inside.

This is really not my cup of tea. Plain romance is always a bit boring to me. I was given this book from my mother in law..I only read Dr. Love which I liked and The Perfect Seduction which was o.k. the other stories did not interest me at all..

If you finish reading this book you can really get into the author's. I like the fact that a woman can be secure at any size and not feel slighted by the fact you're a 16 and not a 6.

Dr. Love - Donna Hill - I liked this story a lot.
The Perfect Seduction - Brenda Jackson - I loved this story. Megan and Tyler's story was explosive. Megan was one fiery pistol that knew what she wanted and wouldn't stop until she got it. Tyler was one smooth, sexy brother with A LOT of control.
Through the Fire - Monica Jackson - I loved this story also. In the beginning I was a little confused as to what was to come but the middle was a spark that couldn't be defused. I would have liked a better ending but all in all the story was great.
Everything Woman - Francis Ray - I liked this story but I was expecting more after having read some of Ms. Ray's other stories.
