Simple and common sense advice

Easy to understand financial advice for anyone looking for answers on how to save money. As I am once again starting over after a financial meltdown I found this book very helpful and am looking forward to putting it to good use. With God's help and I hope good decision making on my part I will get things done right this time. Thank you Mr. Robertson for sharing these thoughts with us.

He had valuable information, but if you are not into finances and money markets this can be overwhelming (financial savvy or guru in the last few chapters). However, I gathered some valuable information in the first couple of chapters. I skimmed through the rest.

I found this book to be helpful and educational. Everyone is cutting corners, clipping coupons, and trying to be frugal these days. This is a nice tool to help you reach your goal and give you some peace of mind at the same time.

"Plan on where you would like to be at 40, 50 or 60." (Pat Robertson, Right on the Money: Financial Advice for Tough Times)

I listened to the Special CBN Partner Abridged Audio Edition of this book. This book talks about budgeting, debt, investing, ROTH IRAs, Mutual Funds, etc.

This book is more geared toward Americans; however, like all American books, if you are Canadian, you can substitute ROTH IRAs with the word "RRSP".

Pat Robertson is a millionaire many times over in his own right. If you read his autobiography he was not born into wealth. He is self-made and built his wealth from the ground up. In this book, he advocates being debt free and investing in stocks to build wealth.
