Why did I wait so long to read about and practice the stretches in this book? Every time I have had to take a break from running, targeted stretching has ultimately put me back on the road. Still, I did not make stretching a daily practice. With a new resolution to stretch more, I opened up this book at the beginning of the month and started with Day 1. Today I completed Day 14 and stretching has become a part of my daily routine. This book is comprehensive and each daily list of six stretches goes from head to toe.
