This book offers deep insight into BPM, providing Best Practice supported information and a phased approach to BPM and BPMN in relationship to an organization`s goal. Yet some might see it a bit too theoretical and descriptive for the fast paced rhythm of BPM evolution in practice. But, as the title already says it, the book is a common body of knowledge, not a ``how to become BPM experts fast and at low costs``, so for anyone who is interested in this domain, I would strongly recommend it as a must.
