More accurately, 2.5 stars:
This collection starts with Mobie the ancient Mobian. Wee. I predict good things, really I do... The art is particularly lazy in this issue, and the story is a throwback to the early days of the comic. Meeeeeeeeh. The back story is Knuckles and his quest. He meets a sexy bunny enchantress and an evil sorcerer. And then a Horse knight comes in and saves him. So... that was pointless.
The next issue starts with a flashback that should really have more emotional significa ...more

Yeah, things go to hell in a handbasket real quick as the series climbs up to Issue 50.

The lead-up for "Endgame", one of the greatest stories in the "Sonic" comic universe. This storyline (and previous events that lead up to it, starting around issue #30 or so) was what made this comic amazing and far more than just a "kids' comic" anymore.
