This book was aptly discounted to a fiver. It is an excellent cook book and I have only had one failure out of 15 recipes so far. The chicken goujons and the chicken tarragon burgers are very good. Because it's a good housekeeping book you can depend on the recipes. The crusted trout, prawn and leek risotto and Garlic Pork have gone down well. I had a miss with the Chinese Fish recipe but I really can recommend this book.
