Good overview of how different forms of complementary treatment (such as physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, etc.) can help with arthritis. Also goes into what herbal and vitamin supplements can be helpful. It's a good starting point, but I would dig further into each treatment before proceeding.

This book not only informs the reader about the medical aspects of the disease but also informs the reader as to alternative natural treatments and their benefits. It then helps the reader to set up a treatment program that includes exercise, food, and complementary therapies. I believe that it is a excellent resource.
