An easy read for managers looking to up their team leadership skills. Possibly outdated with the advent of Covid and work from home arrangements. And the book really approaching employment from a unilist perspective. May not be entirely reflective of the current work culture and emerging gig economies. It’s always interesting when books mention not everyone is motivated by money, especially with the rising costs and inflation, with a crisis of living costs. Quick read though, so could knock out in a weekend

Even though I "had" to read this book for work, I found it very logical and fun to read. There are many practical tactics to use, and I even adopted some into my management style.
