A surprising number of typos for a 12th edition...I found several in every chapter, as well as various formatting errors. This book was full of buzzwords and trendiness, without a lot of substance.

how lucky am I, when I decided to choose this book at library and my lecturer said this book as our handbook of my course in international business

Great book required for one of my classes. Unfortunately, my professor made the lecture more difficult than it should have been.
