provides another definition of crisis and also confirms accountability is exposed by crisis. Very useful concept of political gains versus buck passing. Also case studies concerning why some crises result in permanent change and others highlight culture, socio-political factors which illustrate the stakes of leadership and management. Very useful for anyone who works in government or corporate level crisis and resilience planning. g
