Incredibly useful. I though this was going to be just an analysis of what role the communication plays in the organizational world but this was way more than that. It was also a reflection about language, about how we communicate in different contexts and different people and the impact that has on the organizational life. It was really good and I think it'll prove helpful in the future in a more practical manner.
