An excellent introduction to the multidisciplinary field of environmental politics. It describes in a basic manner, filled with concrete examples, how different actors interact within different contexts.
The only aspect, within the interdisciplinary framework, missing is perhaps a lack of philosophical introduction to a variety of political thinking; the post-structuralist ideas could be elaborated with regards to Foucault to better understand the post-structuralist ENGOs.
All-in-all it an extraordinary book for students, activists and other generally interested people, trying to get a good beginning into the politics of the environment.
