This really is a book to have in your possession if you like Caribbean food for sure. My pages are dog eared and spice stained happily. Am a tad annoyed that the curry goat recipe is in there ,me being of Jamaican origin, and because the recipe is almost spot on. The photos are fab although there are moments when you just wish there were slightly more. Other than that, in my opinion, this book is the best of all of them he has published (I have a few), if you actually want to cook anywhere near the real deal.
So surprised to find that this is one of best cook books I have ever used. Every recipe works out perfectly. Simplified for U.K. Available ingredients, delicious food
