I thought this was a bit dry and loaned it to a client who needed it. Unfortunately too dry and technical for the lay-person and IMHO missed a few key points in the rehabilitation process...namely stretches. I am thinking it would be helpful for about 50 percent of people with these problems but not the half who need stretches more than toning exercises. AND that is if you can get them to read all the way through to the exercises even.
