This quirky, darkly comic, one-of-a kind book of primitive pen-and-ink drawings (paired with dry, ironic punchlines) helps we "get" David Berman in a new way. Poet of the extraordinary book Actual Air and lead singer/songwriter for the Silver Jews, Berman seems to have all but disappeared from the various artistic scenes he infiltrated, inhabited, then apparently abandoned.
