My family met Cookie many years ago while she ministered at New Life for Girls. Now she ministers to teens, to their parents, to the hurting with a street ministry. She opens her heart to many and has been an incredible Blessing. Her life depicts the life change that can happen when a person meets Jesus. I read her book as a young teen. What a story! What a testimony!

I truly loved this book. What an eye opener! It is all the more powerful that it is told by Cookie herself. I would recommend this book to everyone! Especially anyone who is struggling with an addiction of their own. He has a plan for all of us. We just have to believe, and let Him do His work. =)
