She writes about the AAH and her role in it. It is her most recent book and it's funny, interesting, honest and short. If this doesn't get you interested in human evolution, nothing will.

An interesting proposition Morgan delivers in this reflective work of the Aquatic Ape hypothesis. The basic argument goes like this: pre-historic homo sapiens have evolved from an ape-like creature that lived in semi-aquatic environments. The evidence for accounts for many distinctive features of homo sapiens: hairless bodies, standing upright, human babies being able to swim right after being born.

The theory stands in opposition of the Savannah theory, which claims that pre-historic humans
