As this is the field I work in this was a must read. For those who have had Bariatric Surgery it is also a must read and keep!!

A useful guide to keep you on track for many years post surgery.

Plenty of good nuggets in this book but felt geared more for newbies and I'm farther out post-op. My WLS support group friends (newbies) are loving it. So take my review for what it's worth! :)
