This little book is kind of like an antidepressant without the side effects. If you are feeling low, I recommend having a copy around. Just a few pages will help you get a grip on your perspective without being preachy or painful. It just cheers you up. It is written by people from all over just saying something for which they are thankful. It doesn't sound like much, and it is not written from any specific theological perspective, but it is solid.
