Easy Beading Vol. 5 contains more than 80 projects, 1,000 color photos, and a thorough, illustrated beader’s glossary and basics section. This year the projects are longer than in previous volumes, allowing the reader to experiment. The book is divided into six core chapters, each focusing on different crystals, pearls, mixed, metal and chain, glass, and gemstones. These projects teach readers a variety of beginner techniques, design ideas, shortcuts, and tips they can use right away.
Easy Beading Volume 5 by the people behind BeadStyle magazine have done it again. They have gathered a great collection of some of the best projects from one year in their magazine. The projects are usually geared toward the beginner, but I think there is something for every skill level here. Also there are a variety of different bead types and techniques represented, so a beader is bound to find something that will get their spark their creativity. (I have been buying this book series from my local craft store when I can and have found that if I get stuck in what to do with a bead I love I can usually find inspiration in these pages).
A great series of books for the beginning beader with clear instructions and wonderful color photographs. Also, most projects include a alternative design option to the current project on the page. This might include using different colors, types of beads or a variation in layout.
