This book wasn't life changing but had some fun ideas in it. The author mentions taking a bed outside for naps in the shade. I don't have a yard, only a balcony. But her idea prompted me to carry out an old camping foam mat with some pillows to lay on during the summer and my cat and I are both very happy with the arrangement.

Great positive prospective on the joys of being a woman who is happy with herself at whatever age she is. And more power to her if she is over 40!

Loved all the quotes scattered in the book. I laughed out loud at many of them.
