Available in Sengkang Library 005.43.

1) if the authors can make the following available to help the readers will make this book better:

1a) demo version of the software in cdrom to be run on XP or Linux;

1b) an online VMWare server farms available for demo and example via internet.

Else you only can imaging how they work based on this book.
