Fantastic observations that are far outside of solely economic models of motivation. This research has made me aware of something that was there all along but unacknowledged by academic theory and popular thought. I haven't read his other books but I found this very accessible even when getting down to the data so see no problem in reading this as an introduction to his more widely known books.
